We work with athletes of all ages, from kids looking to learn to skate, to athletes looking to improve their game, to adults who have never skated before. Our team of certified skating coaches can help anyone learn to skate in a short period of time through carefully tailored lesson plans to suit the needs of everyone.
Skating is the foundation of any successful hockey player. You could be the best shooter on your team, but if your footwork is lacking, you'll struggle to even make it into the zone for scoring opportunities. Let us help you improve your footwork and improve your game. Whether you're looking to improve your acceleration, top speed, crossovers, or improve your edgework, we've got a training program for you.
Coach Paul McLean has been skating since he was 2.5 years old and has been a skating coach for over 10 years. Paul's goal as a coach is to provide his skates with all the tools required to accomplish their goals. Paul has trained under international level coaches, mentored by top level National and International coaches. He is Level 1 NCCP Certified and CanPowerSkate Certified.

“It’s been great working with Chris, pushing my footwork to the next level. He’s helped my game through video and his attention to detail is excellent. He’s a great goalie coach and i’m glad I get the chance to work with him.”
“Chris’ strength is that he is able to break down goaltending into the smallest details. Building good habits while simultaneously simplifying your game creates a seamless transformation between practice and game. Working at the hockey studio builds a goaltenders confidence in their technique allowing them to clear their mind when it comes game time. I’m so happy to be a part of the Billingsley Goaltending team”
