2 on 1 Training

Each 50 minute, 2 on 1 lesson includes direct instruction and video feedback and correction by Chris Billingsley.

Each session will have an overall theme, with drills that build upon one another and fit within the theme. Every session includes a ten minute movement only warm up, where the focus is on the technical aspects of pushing and sliding, stance, and proper hand and stick positioning.
